What will you do?

As an Inside Sales Agent, you are responsible for following up on commercial issues, so that new business is efficiently acquired. You balance between expanding the customer portfolio and serving and maintaining existing relationships. For existing customers with complex expansion issues, you support your colleagues, and you follow up on customer-focused marketing campaigns. You serve our customers and validate prospects who sign up online. Where possible, from your position within the internal service, you see opportunities for acquisition and proactively seize them. Together with the sales team and your technical colleagues, you help customers find the right solutions for their specific needs. You prepare quotes and process orders in the system. You call off services from our suppliers and you are responsible for the onboarding and management of customers. What makes this role special is diversity: you work with a large number of different companies and make their various wishes possible.

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?
  • Minimum HBO degree in a commercial direction.
  • As a junior, a good mentality is important.
  • As a medior, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Good command of Dutch and English.
  • Customer-oriented, analytical, innovative, proactive, and strong communicative skills.
  • In your work, you are precise, structured, reliable, and a team player. Interested in expanding your professional knowledge: you are curious and stay informed about the trends and developments in your field that are important for our customers.
  • Driven to continuously develop yourself and get the best out of yourself.
