The challenge
Are you a driven Inside Sales Agent who always thinks in terms of sales opportunities and customer satisfaction? Then MCXess is looking for you! We can use your experience with sales and strategic planning for our team.

As an Inside Sales Agent at MCXess, you are the person who enjoys chasing leads, building customer relationships, and closing deals with multinationals and SMEs every day. You are a real go-getter; “No” means “not yet” to you. In addition, you know how to ask the right questions to see how you can best help our leads and customers.

What will you do as an Inside Sales Agent?
• Actively approaching and advising new customers on commercial issues and marketing campaigns;
• Exploring and initiating acquisition opportunities to expand the customer base;
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations and orders;
• Ensuring that information is kept up to date in our CRM system;
• Purchasing supplier services and onboarding customers;
• You keep the team informed of your activities and successes, with a view to growth.

Here’s what you get
We offer an employment contract for 32-40 hours per week. The salary depends on your education and experience and is between €2,300-€2,800 (junior) and €2,800-€4,100 (medior) per month for 40-hour employment. Other working conditions are:

• A completed MBO or HBO education in a commercial direction or experience in a commercial role;
• A drive to meet and exceed goals;

• You communicate effortlessly in both Dutch and English.
