Appointment of CEO and Board Advisor

Effective January 2023, Ir. Gemma Post-Dijkstra has been appointed by the shareholders as CEO of MCXess and SpeakIntelligence. Gemma has extensive experience in strategy formation, organisational structuring and information engineering. As interim manager and consultant at Bureau Berenschot, she managed and guided private and public organisations in the design of customer contact centres, process optimisations and business operations. As commercial manager at Philips, she has extensive experience in the telecom and information industry, helping organisations with Call Routing telephony solutions. She will build on the dream of her brother Marcel, who started as a pioneer in Call Routing over 20 years ago, and further put the companies on the international map as the Call Routing specialist.

She is the right person to work together with the appointed Board Advisor, Ruud van der Aar, and the highly experienced team of MCXess and SpeakIntelligence to shape the new strategy in which we focus on the international need for advanced Call Routing solutions. Ruud has been active in the telecoms industry for about 30 years and has helped several companies and entrepreneurs achieve exceptional growth.
