What will you do?

As an HR & Office Manager, you are responsible for personnel administration. You process personnel and salary changes, ensure that personnel files are up-to-date, prepare employment contracts, process time registrations, and manage the absenteeism administration. You guide and advise employees and work closely with the management in the field of HR. In addition, you won’t shy away from arranging facility matters. You are responsible for the purchase of catering and office supplies, the management of mobile phones, insurances, and organizing company outings. As a central point of contact, you are the first point of contact internally and externally for HR and facility matters.

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HRM and office management direction.
  • As a medior, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good command of Dutch and English.
  • You are a real organizer, proactive, and have strong communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, analytical, innovative, proactive, and strong communicative.
  • In your work, you are precise, structured, reliable, and a team player.
  • Interested in expanding your professional knowledge: you are curious and stay informed of the trends and developments in your field.
  • Drive to continuously further develop yourself and get the best out of yourself.
