The challenge
Are you a driven Account Manager who always thinks in terms of opportunities and relationships? Then MCXess is looking for you! We can use your experience in customer management, sales and strategic planning for our team.

As an Account Manager at MCXess, you bring our smart custom telephony solutions to the customer. You are responsible for the sale and expansion of contracts. You will do this through Teams, or you use our company car to meet our customers physically. You will hold AI co-creation sessions with major clients, build relationships with clients and close new deals with multinationals and SMEs. In addition to expanding our existing customer portfolio, you also provide ‘new business’.

What will you do as an Account Manager?
• Building relationships with potential customers and generating new business;
• Approach customers, analyze their needs and hold ‘voice of customer’ meetings for the development of solutions;
• Issuing quotations, tailored to customer needs;
• Negotiating and convincing customers about the value of our solutions.

Here’s what you get
We offer an employment contract for 32-40 hours per week. The salary depends on your education and experience and is between €2,650-€3,650 (junior) and €3,650-€5,250 (medior) per month for 40-hour employment. Other working conditions are:

What do you bring?
• A completed MBO or HBO education in a commercial direction or experience in a commercial role;
• Driving license B;

• Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness.
• You communicate effortlessly in both Dutch and English.
