1. I have multiple numbers with different providers, can I import all these numbers?
Yes, you can import all service numbers and international numbers from different providers into our system.
2. Do I need to change my current phones or PBX?
No, you do not have to change anything. We will route incoming calls to the destinations you have defined. These destinations can be any phone number, such as a mobile number, a general office number, a specific number of a department or agent, or a SIP address.
3. How do I import my numbers into the MCXess system?
Start the import process by clicking on a red 'get started' button.

1. Select the location of your number.
2. Select the type of number you have (Freephone number, national number, premium rate number, universal number, mobile number or local number).
3. Select 'keep my existing number'.
4. Fill in your number.
5. Select if your number is already active or not.
6. Choose your package.
7. Select 'order'.
