Software Architecture

The OneContact IP Multimedia Contact center solution is based on SIP signaling for interactions between your customers, your organization and your network.

 

Calls originating from the PSTN, GSM or UMTS network are directed to the Media Gateway and subsequently to the OneContact SIP proxy (OneProxy). Calls are then delivered to the Call Control element used by the SIP back2back User Agent concept for executing third party call control. As soon as the SIP signaling is routed to this element, the OneContact server manager takes on control of the communication with the OneContact elements via .NET Remoting.
